Our staff have the right to be treated with dignity and respect at all times without risk of violence, abuse, harassment or discrimination from patients or their relatives . We have a zero tolerance approach to this behaviour, and we have the right to remove offenders from our list and notify the police.

Staff at the practice are employed by Derbyshire community health services (DCHS) and we also have other NHS and non-NHS agencies who work closely with us. These include district nurses, health visitors and access to a midwife, a counsellor, and a well-being worker on site.
