Getting your test results
If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- in your SystmOnline account
- fill out a test results request form
- by phoning us on Creswell Medical Centre 0190 972 1206 or Langwith Medical Centre 0190 972 1206 after 2pm
When requesting results via telephone, we will need to know the tests requested and will ask for your identity to protect your confidentiality.
