Derbyshire County Council: Men’s Health

Derbyshire County Council is working on a project to improve men’s health in Derbyshire.

We have asked a company called Hitch Marketing to do some research for us, to understand what can be done to improve men’s health.

Part of this research is to speak to men aged 18+, who live or work in Derbyshire, to hear their views.

This survey will take about 10 – 15 minutes to complete and will include questions on your health.

As a thank you for your time, you will have the option to enter a prize draw to win one of four £25 Love2Shop vouchers.
